I am an avid cross stitcher living in hot hot Texas. I live in the country with my wonderful husband, a cat and right now – 12 – doves. We have 2 grandpuppies who belong to our only daughter who lives in the Dallas area with her wonderful husband. I have many cross stitch friends thanks to the wonders of the internet.
I just love your blog name! It caught my eye because I too live in Tx. actually south Ft Worth. I always enjoy when I see another Tx stitcher because I don’t see alot.
Where I live there is a small needlework shop that is huge on selection but has that small town flair. Other than the local Hobby Lobby or JoAnn’s theres not much of a selection besides this one.
What part of Tx are you in.?
Debbie, so sorry to be so long getting back to you. I am about an hour north of Houston and about 4 hours south of Dallas. Our daughter and SIL live in North Richland Hills up your way. What sort of themes do you like to xs? As you can see from my blog, I like a lot of things, but tend to do a lot of country/primitive and seasonal things. I haven’t done anything huge in awhile. I like the quick finish things right now LOL
